Laurie was born on July 30, 1957 at Deaconess Hospital in Cleveland,Ohio. Laurie grew up on the west side of Cleveland but spent most of her adult life residing in Westlake, Ohio. 

 

Laurie worked at Cleveland Stamping Company for over 40 years. She was a dedicated and committed worker known for her innovation and detailed oriented work. Laurie made life long friends from the relationships she cultivated in her work life. 

 

Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Laurie knew she had a great sense of humor, a fantastic storytelling ability and a kind and generous spirit. Laurie was always there when you needed her and didn’t hesitate to show up at any party or event with more than you asked her to bring.  Her kindness and generosity to her nieces and nephews was legendary. 

 

Laurie enjoyed traveling to places like Las Vegas, Florida and cruises. She was known for her crafting of beautiful hand made birthday, wedding etc cards created for family and friends. She spent many wonderful years with the love of her life, Clarence and exemplified the true meaning of “lovebirds” and best friends. 

 

Laurie had many gifts and talents that she shared and will truly be missed by family and friends.
