Kathleen M. Carter “Boo”, age 53, survived by Bruce MacLaren. Loving mother of Andrew MacLaren and adoring grandmother of Amena Marie MacLaren. Amena gave her renewed meaning and purpose, and was her whole world. Sweet sister of Karen Singer (Dan), Sharon Schibley (Reed), Norma Hinkle (Chris), Linda Lonigro (Vince), Michael Carter, Cynthia Carter-Jones (David) and the late John Carter III and James Carter. Dear daughter of the late John and Carol Carter. Wonderful aunt of Bridget, Brett, Adam (dec.), Elizabeth, Allen, Christopher, Amanda, Vanessa, Vincent, Michael and Shannon. Kathy was a dedicated mother, creative woman, loved horses, and was very artistic. She would drop everything to help anyone with anything. Mass of Christian Burial to be held Friday, October 1 at 10:00am at Holy Trinity Parish, 33601 Detroit Road, Avon. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5-8 pm at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, 2914 Dover Center Road, Westlake. Family flowers are being provided by Elegant Designs in Bloom.
