Richard A. Dill, 66, passed away September 5, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Deighan), and children Ashley ( Alicia) and Richard. Preceded in death by his parents John and Norma. Son in law to Nadja Deighan. Brother to the late John Dill (Debbie); Robert Dill (Tammy); James Dill (Bridget); Jeffrey Dill and Thomas Dill. Brother- in- law to James Deighan (Lori). Uncle to Amanda Dill (Jim); Heather Brotherton (Ryan); DakotaDill;  RachelDill (Nick); Danielle Dill ; Jaclyn Dill; Alexa Dill; Kole Deighan ; Quinn Deighan. Great uncle to Kaidyn and Breckyn Brotherton.

He attended Lakewood High School, Wittenberg University and George Mason Law School. He was a member of the Phi Mu Delta fraternity. Co-captain of the 1976 Wittenberg Tiger football team and on two national championship teams in 1973 and 1975. He was a two time all O.A.C. offensive lineman. He had a long career with the FBI and enjoyed the opportunity to work with Sam Nunn on the Hill. An avid Browns, Indians, Cavaliers, and Buckeye fan and of course the Tigers.

A celebration of life will be held at Weiss Field, 33401 Webber Rd., Pavilion B, Avon Lake, Ohio 44012 on September 11, 2021 from 2-4pm. Please bring a memory, photo, story to share.
