I just heard about Britton and am so sad to hear about his passing. He completed 2 beautiful gardens for us and was great to work with. Wonderful young man and so talented. I will miss him. Love and prayers to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Britton over two years as he wrested my Mom’s garden back to life when she was no longer able to care for her decades long creation. He was such an amazingly talented master gardener and arborist. He was also a kind, self effacing person with deep knowledge and experience but little pretense that can sometimes accompany people of such extraordinary talent. I looked forward to our consultations when I visited my parents to help with their care as my Mom descended into the fog of dementia. Britton’s brief stewardship of Sandra Sullivan’s garden has left a profound impression on me. My love to his family and friends as you celebrate and grieve for the life of this singular person.

Our hearts and thoughts are with the entire Flash family and friends at this time. Britton used to babysit our now 20-year old son, Colton, who looked forward to having a fun babysitter for a change! As he started his new business in landscaping, we knew that we had someone who loved nature as much as we did and would help us make good choices for our home.
