We are so shocked and saddened to hear this news. Becky was such a loving, caring, and encouraging person. Her love for her family was constant. We remember so many fun times during soccer games and after. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rob, Ryan, Megan, and their families.

I work in Akron but would see Becky when we would come together with the Cleveland dieitians. Becky had a lot of knowledge and experience and would graciously share that information with me. I always found her to be a kind and giving person and will miss her terribly.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Becky for over 50 years. She is a dear friend. So many wonderful memories and great times we had together from first dates, dance club, sweet 16 birthday parties, trying out for Rangerettes, to being maid of honors in each other's weddings. Becky was always fearless and optimistic. She pushed me to be a better person, always encouraging me to try new things. She loved life and more importantly her family. You will be deeply missed.

My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Becky. She was one of the most kind and caring women I’ve vet met. She cared so much for each and every patient. She poured herself into her job and I am beyond great full I got to know her. She helped to care for both myself and my dad as patients and she blessed both of us with her kindness and care. Becky was one of the first people I really got to know through dialysis. She made sure to say hello and have a conversation with me each day she was there. We would talk about all sorts of things. She was an encouragement to me during my treatments. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
I will keep the family in my prayers. Thank you for sharing your wife, mother, and grandmother with us. She was truly a blessing.

Mr. Clifford, Ryan and family, Megan and family, Morgan; my deepest sympathy goes to each of you. Thank you for sharing your wife, Mom and grandmother with us in the renal community. Our hearts are so heavy I can’t imagine how you each feel. She was class and grace personified. She was the most thoughtful human I’ve ever met. Never a detail missed. She treated every patient, during her service as a dietician, as if they were the only patient she had. She kept track and honored their birthdays, milestones in their lives, military service all while meeting their individual clinical needs. She patiently listened offering encouragement, guidance, and hope, she also kept us all on our toes with her sharp eye, intelligence and wit. She became bashful when someone acknowledged how wonderful she was. Becky Clifford, RD., what a beautiful, humble soul you were. Sending healing prayers and thoughts of love and peace to the Clifford family.

My heart goes out to all those who love Becky (which is everyone). I have patients at my clinic who credit Becky's care with their good health and success all these years later. She was an RD I could turn to for help at any time and she generously shared her knowledge and creativity with me. We will dearly miss her. My heart is warmed that the Kidney Foundation was chosen for contributions; Becky would LOVE that!

I had the great privilege of working as a nurse at Fresenius in Amherst alongside Becky. I have worked in dialysis for over 35 years, and never with a Renal Dietician who was as knowledgeable and caring as Becky. She was warm, witty, and a joy to have near. Please know that there are countless patients and coworkers who are better people because of your Becky. You will truly be in my prayers.
