Attila Nemeth, age 72, went to his heavenly Father on December 10, 2020.  Beloved husband of Sandy (nee Gibel). Loving father of Kristina Cox (Bryan), Thomas Nemeth (Corrie), and James Nemeth (McKenzie). Grandfather of Michael, Jack, and Alice. Dear brother of Hajnal Kezdi (Alex) and Priscilla Polomsky (Joe). Fun uncle of Michael, Robert, and Elizabeth. Attila “Al” was a Vietnam Air Force Pilot, was licensed to pilot many different airplanes, and had been a glider instructor. He enjoyed playing and coaching soccer, and had been very involved in the Westlake Soccer Assoc for many years. He enjoyed camping and traveling with his family, and was a Cub Scout leader. He was involved with the Cleveland Hungarian community including Scouts as a youth, and more recently with the Cleveland Hungarian Heritage Museum.  He was a talented handyman - building, remodeling, and fixing all kinds of structures and objects for many people - and teaching others to do the same.  Celebration of Life and internment to be held Saturday June 5, 2021 at 10:45 am at Sunset Memorial Park 6265 Columbia Road  North Olmsted.  Luncheon to follow the Celebration. Please contact family for more details.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or St. Emeric Catholic Church.
