Milton Edward Jennrich, age 96 passed away December 2nd, 2020. He was born in Cleveland on July 22nd, 1924. He is preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Dorothy Jennrich (nee Carruthers), his son Ronald, and his brothers Edward and Fred. He is survived by his son Gary (Susan), his grandchildren Seth (Noelle) and Jessica, and his great-grandchildren Noah, Logan, Jackson, Greta, and August.
He served and was injured in WW II as a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne Division in the Pacific Theater.
He became a policeman in East Cleveland after the war for over 25 years, eventually becoming the Chief of Detectives.
Milton was an avid Cleveland Sports fan, especially of the Indians. He will be remembered by all as a joyful person who was a kind role model to all who knew him well. They just don’t make people like him anymore.
