Patricia Ann Spisak "Patsy" age 83, Beloved wife of the late Dr. Donald Spisak. Dear Mother of Andrew (Grace), Colleen Baum (Patrick), Kathleen Jenkins (Pete). Loving grandmother of Daniel, Christina, Adam, Paul Baum, Katie and Paul Jenkins. Great grandmother of Kaylee, Lindsey, Leo, Iggy, Jude, Audrey, Jackson, Eva and Xander. Sister of the late Brian (Peggy), James (Linda) and Bill (Barbara ) Masterson.  Funeral mass to be held Friday September 11th at 11:00 am at St Ladislas Church, 2345 Bassett Road, Westlake, where family and friends may call from 10:00 am until time of mass. (The mass will be live streamed starting at 11:00 am.) Arrangements by Jenkins Funeral Chapel.
