Nellie Lee Harper (nee Raffeis) age 94, Beloved wife of the late Earl Harper Jr. Dear mother of Paul (Lynne L’Esperance) and Donald Harper (Sharon), Loving grandmother of Chris, Sara, Jillian, Ryan and Ariela. Sister of the late Lorene Perry, Ruby Jo Carpenter, Dorothy Walston and Bonita Lynn. Memorial services to be held Monday December 2, 2019 at 10:00 am at Jenkins Funeral Chapel 2914 Dover Center Road. Westlake. In lieu of flowers , donations to Hospice of Western Reserve would be preferred.

I am sadden to learn of her passing, my sincere condolences to her family. She was a wonderful lady I have known for years, we wrote back and forth. I loved Earl and all the festivities at Christmas, they decorated so beautifully! Rest in peace special lady.
