Clelea Rae Evans (nee Gallatin) 86 of Brook Park, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 11th, surrounded by her family in the home of her daughter and son-in-law. Clelea was born July 5th 1932 in Brownsville PA to Charles Arthur and Alma (nee Byers) Gallatin. She was a 1950 graduate of Berea High School and a 1951 graduate of Duke University School of Business in Cleveland, OH. She was a dedicated member of the Brook Park Community Church of Brethren. She loved music, enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Franklin Evans, her sister Nedra Lee Washtock (nee Gallatin) and one grandson Jason Edward Mehalko. Cherished mother of Suzanne Elaine Wooten (Michael) , Mary Catherine Sennholtz (Robert), William Franklin Jr., Sandra Rae Atkinson (Late Gerald “Jerry” “Butch”), and Doreen Ruth Turk (John). Loving grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 16. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 15 at 10 am at the Brook Park Community Church of the Brethren, 16845 Holland Road, Brook Park, OH 44142. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Clelea Rae Evans to the Brook Park Community Church of the Brethren.
