Al and I roomed together one year while at Bowling Green University. Many interesting discussions took place about boating, religion, and the values to be pursued during one's life .Lolly and Al shared an abundance of ambition and a gracefulness in dealing with people. A very gifted and unique man. Truly pleased to have been considered a friend of his.

Adrienne: I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Al's passing. We did many weddings together for many years. He was always a gentleman, had a great sense of humor, and was a fabulous videographer. I loved being with him,and we kept in touch when he moved to Carolina. He loved you so much. You were the "Apple of his eye" To you,and your entire family,my condolences. I will miss my friend

We're all going to miss Al. He was such a generous, thoughtful man. If I can be half the father he was, my kids will be very lucky. Godspeed, Al.
