Gladys B. Kelly (nee Bratton), age 89, formerly of Westlake, passed away on December 22, 2009 in Chickasha, OK. Beloved wife of the late Wallace O. Kelly and loving friend, companion and caregiver of Lew Schwenk of Chickasha, OK; dear and loving mother of Brenda Alexander (Dale) and Marsha Hecker (Doug); cherished grandmother of Ryan (Megan), Grant, Allison, Ashley and Lindsey; and great grandmother of Nolan and Emerson; dearest sister of Catherine Wilbourne, Margaret Ayres and DeWitt Bratton (both deceased); dear aunt to many. Contributions in memory of Gladys may be made to: West Park United Church of Christ, 3909 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland, OH 44111. Private services will be held by the family. gladys did indeed have a special place in our family. our visits to her were very special and she was always happy when one of the grandchildren came to see her and maybe even sing her a song or decorate her room for a holiday. she even laughed when i was pushing her in the wheelchair and came extremely close to the edge of the pool. with fond memories of a precious lady, we were lucky to have her in our lives.
